Lia Marcoux is a professional childrens' illustrator, currently based in Oxford, U.K. She's interested in traditional narrative illustration as well as digital publishing, and has experience in toy design, creating texture assets, and editorial illustration. She hopes to work in book publishing and is most passionate about illustration for children, both because of the opportunities for fantasy and delight and because those silly chowderheads can't tell when you've stolen a joke.
